These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Castro’s Inn. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these terms.

3. Bookings and Payment Terms
Reservations can be made through our website. We accept payments via bank transfer, bank payment, or credit/debit card. Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellation is not permitted. However, we may, at our discretion, allow prior cancellation and/or refund if we deem the reason to be appropriate. The final decision on refunds and cancellations rests solely with Castro’s Inn.
4. Check-In/Check-Out Policies
Our check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please communicate your expected arrival and departure times in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
5. House Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
No Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges will apply.
Occupancy: The number of guests must match the number of people who checked in.
Parking: No parking is allowed in the common driveway. The house’s space reserved for parking is limited to 1 compact car.
6. Liability
Guests will be held responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Any theft or illegal activity will result in legal repercussions. We are not responsible for any theft or damage of any car or any other belonging from any guest or other third party.
7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you have a reservation already booked, you will be notified of any changes via email.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved under Portuguese jurisdiction. For any arising disputes, the jurisdiction of the City of Cascais is chosen, with the express waiver of any other.
